Courtney Smith Kramer is one of the only 3% of female creative directors in the United States and was named a “Top 200 Global Marketing Influencer” and “Top 20 Agency Strategy Global Influencer” by Onalytica, a UK-based Influencer firm.

In her career, she has built campaigns for global brands like Plantronics, Cisco, Pitney Bowes, MasterCard, International Culinary Center, IBM and Netflix DVD.com, to name a few. She also served as Global Head of Marketing for the Co-Active Training Institute in a 4-year tenure. Today, Courtney is helping purpose-driven brands as an outsourced Creative Director and CMO, and inspiring positive change by helping leaders realize their own value and worth in the world.

An accomplished creative strategist, writer and designer, she has earned hundreds of creative awards in her career and was featured in the Print International Design Annual. She has served as a juror for numerous ADDY Awards, W3 Awards, Davey Awards and the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC), and is a former national AAF and World Brand Congress board member.

Courtney has founded two companies with her husband, Bryan Kramer (TED speaker, bestselling author and founder of the H2H Human-to-Human business movement); Silicon Valley marketing consultancy purematter, and H2H Companies, which offers group and private coaching for leaders.

Her first book, “Be Your Creative Sexy Self: Humorous Stories to Help You Live a Happier Life” launched in July 2020 at the #1 spot in Business Humor on Amazon.

Currently, Courtney is working as a fractional and outsourced CMO/Creative Director with purpose-driven companies contributing to solve a greater thing – the environment, self-worth and value, social justice, etc.. But, her true passion is being curious about the things we can’t see but have placed meaning on – spirit, mysteries, universal laws – peppered in with play, adventure and major wanderlust.
