We found this infographic so interesting we just had to share it with you. Facebook has made it easy for seniors to use. They are able to share experiences with family regardless of where they live. Senior citizens have connected with long-lost and current friends. It's not unusual for a seasoned citizen to spend an hour or so on Facebook on any given day. Business owners we meet with are increasingly asking about Twitter. They want to know if Twitter is really a good place to be interacting with customers, providing customer service and marketing their products or services. Google+ will now ban the use of pseudonyms and nicknames, requiring people to use their real name. This is in line with Google's Common Names Policy. The policy was supposed to fight spam and prevent the creation of fake profiles. (more…)

If approved by federal regulators, Google has just purchased Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion. Much has been written about the growth of Google's Android operating system in the smartphone market. Now, Google's purchase moves it into the smartphone manufacturing business. (more…)

At the end of June, Google unveiled Google+ and entered into a head-to-head competition with Facebook. I have been on Google+ for less than a week and thought I share some of my first impressions. Just a quick reminder: Though I am a user of Google products (Google Apps, Android phone, etc.) In February of 2010, I wrote about how Google scares me.
